PAWD updated to add photo real texture for the town of Seward, Alaska. Shorelines for have been adjusted for better accuracy. This is a complete package and replaces all previous versions.

PAHO updated to add photo real texture for the town of Homer, Alaska. Shorelines for have been adjusted for better accuracy. This is a complete package and replaces all previous versions.

FSX_Homer_Alaska.zip contains updated Land class for Homer, Alaska as well as default scenery objects. You are encouraged to explore Alaska.

Updated Kodiak Island Scenery - Released

Updated to add photo real texture for the town of Kodiak, Alaska with additional lakes added. Shore;ines for Frazer, Karluk and Red lakes have been adjusted for better accuracy. This is a complete package and replaces all previous versions.

FSX_Kodiak_Island.zip contains updated Land class for all of Kodiak Island, Alaska as well as default sceneries objects for all the seaplane bases on the island. Also included is my Frazer Lake Lodge updated for FSX a ficticous scenery located on the shore of Frazer Lake, Kodiak Island, AK. The Lodge is accessable by air (Float plane, helicopter). If your up to the challlenge you may want to attempt a beach landing. You are encouraged to explore Alaska, so to that end no specific directions to the lodge are included.

LRRS Inspection Tour Mission

LRRS Inspection Tour is a new mission that will be flown online on our regular Sunday flight on February 14, 2010.

The mission is available for download in this site's download section under "FSX Missions". Just open the zip file (LRRSTour.zip) and double-click on the MS Installer. Installation is that simple. You will find the installed mission in FSX under Missions\Military\Advanced.

This mission requires a Learjet 45 aircraft in Air Force livery which is installed as a separate aircraft in your FSX aircraft folder by the MS Installer. This mission includes instrument approach plates which you can find in a subfolder under the mission folder.

FSCheckride - Now Freeware

alt FSCheckride allows users to create and run feature-rich multiple choice exams in FSX and FS9. FSCheckride was reviewed by Avsim and received a Gold Star award. FSCheckride was formally a payware add-on produced by FS2Crew. However, FS2Crew has decided to give the product out for free a gift to the Flightsim community for all the support it has received over the years. We are hoping that users will create their own tests and distribute them freely in the community. Review Available.
